Can you accommodate large wedding parties?

Yes. When you enquire, as well as the amount of people, be sure to let us know the location and time of ceremony, this way we can calculate what time we'd need to start. Although we don't set a cap, we want to be sure we aren't adding unnecessary rush to your morning and may need to bring a second MUA.

Yes, Sarah Severn Makeup offers makeup services for various special occasions such as proms, parties, photoshoots, and other events. Each makeup look is customized to suit the occasion and enhance your natural beauty.

Which makeup brands do you use?

We have a luxury kit to compliment our luxury services.

Some brands are: Charlotte tilbury, Dior, Natasha Denona, Nars, Makeup forever, Anastasia beverly hills, Nars, Too Faced, Denessa Myricks and more.

We are committed to being as eco-conscious as possible. Although some compromises are necessary to accommodate luxury products and keep up with the ever-evolving beauty industry, we make thoughtful choices where we can. We primarily opt for products that are cruelty-free and include more natural ingredients. Additionally, if you prefer a fully cruelty-free application, we are happy to accommodate that upon prior request.

How far do you travel?

There is no limit. My travel fee is based on location and distance.

Whats your cancelation policy?

Bridal: We ask for a deposit to secure your date, this is non-refundable.

Other: £20 deposit required. If you need to cancel, message asap. If under 48h full amount charged.

How do I prepare for my bridal makeup trial?

Top tips: 
- Come to your trial in a white top.
- Wear your hair down or up accordingly.
- If you are going to have a spray tan for your wedding, get one for your trial.
- If you have specific ideas or inspo pics have them ready.
- Let your MUA know the colour theme/ vision for your day and photo of your dress if you don't mind sharing.
- Don't be afraid to speak up, if there is anything you're unsure of, let us know. We only want you to be happy and never take anything personally.
